The cooking at Santa Marina represents colour and flavour, which is treated with utmost care and respect. Our table is supplied by fruits, vegetables, greens, herbs and flowers cultivated on the farm, which guarantees fresh and healthy nourishment everyday. Eggs, milk, cheese, honey, curdled milk and conserves are all produced on the farm where there is no lack of "Mineiro" confectionery made in broad and shallow copper pans on a firewood fuelled stove. These and other delicacies may be taken home, prolonging the pleasures from the rural environment.
By reservation only, the farm restaurant is open to visitors (non-resident guests). This option, neither of the services offered by the farm are not included, only meals. Please telephone to ensure the availability of places, to reserve a table.
